Client Requirements: Clients must provide a designated space for vehicle cleaning, with both water access and power available on-site.
Cancellation Policy: Subscription clients are required to give a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Failure to do so will result in the loss of that month’s appointment, and the client will still incur the service charge.
Subscription Renewal: A 12-month commitment is required for subscriptions. After the initial period, the subscription will automatically renew for an additional year. Clients wishing to cancel after the first 12 months must give at least one month's notice.
