What Is a Ceramic Coating?
A ceramic coating is a liquid paint-protection product that bonds with your vehicle’s clear coat. Once cured, it creates a durable, hydrophobic surface that enhances gloss and helps repel water, dirt and road grime.
Unlike wax or paint sealant, a ceramic coating can provide protection for several years when it is properly applied and maintained. It also makes routine washing easier because contaminants have greater difficulty bonding to the surface.
Ceramic coating does not make paint scratch-proof or protect against rock chips, but it provides excellent gloss and long-lasting protection from everyday environmental exposure.

Before providing a quote, we assess the vehicle’s paint to determine the preparation and paint correction required. Pricing depends on vehicle size, paint condition and the work needed to achieve a suitable finish before coating.
Proper Paint Preparation
A durable ceramic coating begins with proper preparation. The vehicle is carefully washed and chemically and mechanically decontaminated to remove bonded contaminants that could interfere with the coating.
We then inspect the paint and determine the correction required. Paint in good condition may need only light polishing, while visible swirl marks, oxidation or defects may require additional paint correction before coating.
Careful Coating Application
The coating is applied in controlled sections under suitable lighting, then carefully levelled to create an even finish without streaks or high spots. Correct application allows the coating to bond properly and perform as intended.
After application, the coating requires time to cure. We provide clear instructions explaining when the vehicle can get wet, when it can be washed and how to maintain the coating for the best possible longevity.
