Wash and Wax FAQs

Do you come to me?

Yes, we’re a fully-contained mobile detailing unit. We can perform the wash at your home, apartment, or work location.

We service Victoria, Oak Bay, Saanich, Esquimalt, Langford, Sidney, View Royal, Highlands, North Saanich, Colwood, Royal Bay, Fernwood and many more!

What type of wax do you use?
We use several high-quality brands, including Meguiar’s, Chemical Guys, and Wolfgang. The choice depends on the vehicle and what we believe will provide the best results.

How long will the wax last?
The longevity of the wax depends on how you store your car. If it’s parked in a garage most of the time, it could last anywhere from four to six months. However, if your car is exposed to the elements daily, you might get about three months of protection. Additionally, washing your car with dish soap can strip away the wax, reducing its effectiveness.

Do you need access to water?
If we’re at your home, we’ll typically use your water supply. If we’re at an apartment or work location, we bring our own water source. Either way, we’re fully equipped to handle the job!

Will this remove scratches from my paint?
While waxing helps to fill in micro-swirls and light scratches, it doesn’t actually remove them. The wax smooths out the surface, creating a glossy finish and making minor imperfections less noticeable. So, while it doesn’t “erase” scratches, it does enhance the shine and overall appearance of your paint.
